Who are we

Queer Salsa is an inclusive dance community focused on bringing together people from the LGBTQIA community and allies through salsa and other Latin dance styles. The organization offers a safe and open environment where everyone can be themselves, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or dance experience.

Connection, fun, and expression take center stage at Queer Salsa. Through dance classes, socials, and workshops, participants are encouraged to develop their dance skills, build self-confidence, and meet new people in a respectful and accessible setting.

The organization distinguishes itself through its emphasis on inclusivity and breaking down traditional gender roles within partner dance. This creates space for freedom in dance roles and personal expression, contributing to a strong and close-knit community.
